In the 2023-24 school year, the Gates Chili Central School District will:

• foster belonging through equitable access to culturally responsive and restorative practices that support the wellness of our learning community  ​

• maximize academic achievement for each student through access to rigorous instructional practices supported by data-driven insights and ongoing progress monitoring ​

In the 2023-24 school year, the Gates Chili Central School District Board of Education will:

• develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that engages parents/guardians and the community.
