    Superintendent of Schools

    Prior to coming to Gates Chili in July 2019, Dailey served as the superintendent of the Batavia City School District. His administrative career started with the completion of an internship and being department chairperson at Twelve Corners Middle School in Brighton. He then served as an assistant principal at Churchville-Chili Senior High School before becoming high school principal in Batavia. There, he was soon promoted by the Board of Education to deputy superintendent before taking over as superintendent in January 2013.
