Annual Professional Performance Review

  • The Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) process is designed to provide opportunities for ongoing dialogue and feedback between Gates Chili Teacher Association (GCTA) unit members and administration to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the District. It includes the required New York State Education Department (SED) components and the District components of goal setting, midyear reflection and end of year evaluation.  

     

    The process complies with the requirements of New York State Education Law  3012-d and Subpart 30-3 of the Rules of the Board of Regents.
