Recommendation request forms are available in the counseling office. The forms will help you organize your biographical information and assist your reference with your individual information. Complete the form and attach with it a copy of your personal resume. Submit copies of these documents to each of the individuals from whom you are requesting a recommendation early in the senior year.

To request a recommendation:

• Select teachers who can recommend you favorably in a variety of areas.
• Notify teachers well enough in advance of any deadlines.
