Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection is a mentoring program that helps students stay on track for graduation.

Youth Advocates begin mentoring students during their Freshman year of high school and continue to provide support to the students until they graduate. Students receive academic support, career and college exploration, employment training, and assistance with post-secondary planning.
