• GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES FOR PICKING UP ATHLETES FROM AWAY GAMES  

    All athletes should ride the bus to the contest and back from the contest.

    Only emergency situations are accepted for alternate travel to an away contest.

    • In the event that it is necessary to pick-up your athlete from the away contest, a parental note must be emailed to the Director of Athletics prior to the game day.  Notes can also be brought in to the Athletic Office at the High School to be stamped/signed prior to the contest.  Requests must be given to the coach on the day of the game.  
    • Parental notes can also be emailed to Mr. Irving at patrick_irving@gateschili.org
    • High School athletes can bring their note directly to Athletic Director's Office at the High School to be stamped.
