    STAYING ACTIVE AND MOVING 60 MINUTES A DAY 

     

    WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TRY TO GET 60 MINUTES A DAY OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EVERY DAY.  TRY TO GET OFF THE COUCH AND STRIVE TO EAT WELL AND PLAY HARD.  TRY TO EAT A BALANCED MEAL HAVE FRUITS AND VEGATABLES ON A DAILY BASIS AND TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM SUGARY DRINKS (MILK AND WATER ARE GREAT).  WE NEED TO REMEMBER OUR COMPONENTS OF FITNESS WHICH ARE MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, FLEXIBILTY, AND CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS.  REMEMBER ALL THE THINGS WE LEARN IN HEALTH CLASS, ALSO.  GET PLENTY OF REST AND WASH YOUR HANDS.  PLEASE FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS.  STAY HEALTHY AND KEEP MOVING :-)
